Oman: A Postcard from Muscat

This is just a postcard entry.

This is the minaret of Masjid al-Rasool al-'Azam (Mosque of the Great Prophet) in Mutrah, in old Muscat, the Sultanate of Oman. The mosque is also known as Masjid al-Lawatiya as it is the main mosque for the al-Lawati tribe which occupies a 600 years old residential area (Soor al Lawati) in Mutrah. With its blue, tiled minaret and dome dominating the corniche sky, the mosque is easily one of the most beautiful mosques in Oman.

    1. Ada ciri2 masjid Iran sikit terutamanya bahagian minaret dan kubah dia. Bahagian depan dan luar biasa je sebenarnya.
